About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Senior Leadership Team in Children’s Services, as we continue to improve our services for children in Middlesbrough.
We are ambitious and excited for the next stage of our development and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced social work practitioner who is innovative and has a clear vision of what high quality social work practice looks like. We are looking for someone who can successfully translate that excellent practice into transformational leadership, with a proven ability to lead teams to deliver on our shared vision. We welcome interest from leaders who are ambitious for our children, for their colleagues and for themselves and who buy into our shared vision and belief for our children and communities. You will join supportive, committed and caring colleagues within our extended leadership team who are working together to improve the life chances of our children and young people.
