About the Role
Versaffix is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the development and execution of our sales strategy across international markets. This senior role will expand our dealer and distributor network, drive sustainable revenue growth, identify new market opportunities and build the commercial processes required to support long-term business success.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be comfortable operating in a growing, entrepreneurial engineering and manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company sales and channel growth strategy.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop high-quality dealer and distribution partners.
- Expand market presence across existing and new territories.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities.
- Introduce effective sales forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
- Lead dealer agreements, commercial negotiations, and partnership reviews.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insight, and strategic recommendations.
- Work with leadership, marketing, and operations to align sales activity with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership role.
- Experience developing dealer, distributor, or channel-partner networks.
- A strong track record of delivering growth through indirect sales channels.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial judgement, forecasting, and strategic-planning capability.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.

Highly Desirable
- Construction equipment, plant machinery, attachments, or related sector experience.
- Experience across European and international markets.
- Experience scaling sales within a growing manufacturing or engineering business.
- An established network of relevant industry contacts.

Competitive plus bonus
Hours
Mon-Thu 7:30am-5:00pm | Fri 7:30am-2:00pm, Full-time, primarily site-based
Travel
UK, Ireland, and international travel required
