Hampshire Cricket and the Utilita Bowl are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to help lead one of the most exciting commercial periods in the club's history. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a genuinely diverse revenue portfolio of partnerships, premium hospitality, and year-round events across a world-class venue that also boasts an onsite Hilton hotel. You'll be selling into domestic and international cricket, major events, and the Southern Brave, with a stadium and city gearing up for a historic Ashes summer in 2027.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and executing an integrated sales strategy across partnerships, hospitality, and events
  • Leading the full sales cycle — prospecting through to pitching, negotiation, and close
  • Securing significant new partnerships at local, national, and international level
  • Building senior relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate decision-makers
  • Driving cross-sell opportunities across the venue's full commercial offering
  • Setting targets, owning the pipeline, and reporting on performance via CRM

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
