Head of New Homes Sales

We’re looking for a high-achieving, commercially sharp Head of New Homes Sales to drive new home sales performance across a portfolio of later living residential villages.

This is a hands-on, specialist role for someone who leads from the front, creates momentum, and closes complex residential transactions. You’ll work closely with regional and site leadership to maximise every opportunity, strengthen pipeline performance, and help deliver occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Duties:

  • Personally create and close new home transactions across multiple sites.
  • Identify, progress, and unlock stalled or complex sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, families, and advisers throughout the sales journey.
  • Coach site sales teams to improve conversion and commercial performance.
  • Use pipeline data and CRM insight to drive fast, informed decisions.
  • Work in partnership with regional and site leaders to maintain sales momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
