Description

Ignite is entering a defining phase of growth. Having stabilised the platform, sharpened the product vision and aligned around a product-led SaaS strategy, we are now seeking a high-calibre sales leader to accelerate revenue, build market momentum and establish Ignite as a credible, long-term platform partner within the UK insurance broker ecosystem.

This role is not about order-taking or transactional selling. It is about winning — earning trust with senior broker leadership, navigating complex buying journeys and converting strategic interest into repeatable, scalable revenue.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Own and deliver Ignite’s new business revenue targets across UK brokers and MGAs.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract signature.
  • Position Ignite as a strategic platform partner.
  • Drive consistent pipeline creation, progression and conversion aligned to the agreed GTM strategy.
  • Engage with the Marketing team to ensure a credible and executable marketing plan helps to drive sales and maintain strong market messaging.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
