Head of Sales
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 Basic + £80,000–£100,000 OTE
Location: Chiswick, West London
Hours: Monday–Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis
About My Client
My client is one of London's most recognised premium estate agency brands and is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales to lead their established Chiswick office.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take over a well-positioned office operating in one of West London's most desirable markets.
The successful individual will inherit an experienced team, a substantial database and a respected local brand, with the opportunity to grow revenue and further strengthen market share across W4.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role combining business development, instruction winning and team management.
You'll be responsible for driving office performance, increasing market share and leading an established sales team whilst maintaining exceptional service levels throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Driving office revenue and profitability
- Leading, motivating and developing an established sales team
- Building long-term relationships with vendors and buyers
- Developing new business opportunities across the local market
- Managing pipeline and ensuring high conversion levels
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Representing a premium brand within the Chiswick market
What You'll Need
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager
- A proven track record of winning instructions and growing market share
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the West London property market, ideally Chiswick or surrounding areas
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on business development
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Professional, confident and highly motivated approach
- A desire to develop and grow an already established office

- £40,000–£50,000 basic salary

- Company car or car allowance (approximately £400 per month)

- Premium West London market with average fees exceeding £20,000
