About the Role
The Head of Sales leads Marosa's sales team and owns how we scale it: pipeline rigor, consistent use of our CRM and sales tools, and clear accountability for every Account Executive and BDR against their targets. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will coach live deals, lead key negotiations yourself, and shape the sales process as the team grows.
Marosa recently joined Wolters Kluwer, bringing our VAT compliance and e-invoicing technology, an established multinational customer base, and our team into their Corporate Tax business unit, part of the Corporate Performance & ESG division. Corporate Tax already manages sales tax compliance across multiple markets through CCH SureTax, and that expertise is now expanding globally into VAT and e-invoicing. For this role, that means bigger resources, better processes, and growth opportunities as part of a larger organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
