Robert Half has partnered with a technology business to recruit for a Head of Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and implement multi-segment go-to-market strategies in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
Looking for candidates with experience selling into public sector or mobility/transportation technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, and track pipeline performance.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple segments and regions.
- Qualify leads, progress sales opportunities, and attend client meetings and events.
- Ensure CRM records (HubSpot) are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology or SaaS.
- Proven ability to explain complex products in clear terms.
- Strong team leadership and client engagement skills.
- Experience in public sector or mobility/transportation technology.
