Role Description
The Head of Sales will lead all commercial sales activities, driving revenue growth and market penetration for W.A.L.T. in the UK property finance sector. This full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, involves:

- Developing and executing the sales strategy
- Building and managing a high-performing sales team
- Overseeing key account relationships with lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Setting and tracking performance targets
- Ensuring consistent delivery against revenue goals
The role also includes:
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine value propositions, inform product development with market feedback, and support successful client onboarding and retention
- Representing the company at industry events
- Leading negotiations on major deals
- Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of driving B2B technology or fintech revenue growth
- Experience in Account Management, including building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast sales performance, and inform strategic decision-making
- Extensive knowledge of the UK property finance or lending market, including underwriting processes and relevant data sources
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology solutions to diverse audiences
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment and collaborating cross-functionally with product and marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
