About the Company

Furza is recruiting a Head of Sales for a growing UK B2B managed services business. The company is investing in new business and wants a leader who enjoys being close to the work: listening to calls, improving messaging and helping SDRs create better sales conversations.

About the Role

You will lead the outbound SDR function and have room to shape how it works as the team grows. This is a hands-on management role focused on coaching, campaign performance and the quality of opportunities passed to AEs. This is the chance to join a team that is growing exponentially over the next 12-18 months with a clear pathway for this individual to fast-track their career to new heights!

Responsibilities

  • Coach SDRs through call reviews, direct feedback and clear development plans.
  • Improve prospect targeting, campaigns, scripts and outbound messaging.
  • Set consistent standards for qualification and AE handover.
  • Work with Marketing and sales colleagues to turn campaigns into qualified opportunities.
  • Use HubSpot to track activity, accepted SQLs, conversion and forecasts.
  • Help recruit and onboard new SDRs as the team expands.

Qualifications

Experience in the MSP market, with clear examples of the impact you made.

Required Skills

  • Strong coaching skills and a willingness to listen to calls regularly.
  • The ability to improve outbound performance using data, feedback and testing.
  • Practical experience of qualification, including BANT, and effective AE handovers.
  • Confidence working across sales and Marketing to make changes stick.
  • Experience directly managing and developing SDRs in a B2B outbound environment either formally or informally

  • Experience generating enterprise opportunities.
  • Knowledge of cloud, backup, disaster recovery or cyber services.
  • Experience improving campaigns and reporting in HubSpot.
