About Us

You will develop and execute our sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and personally contribute to winning key clients across our target industries. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the payments industry, has an established network, and is comfortable building and scaling a sales function.

- Develop and execute Peratera's sales strategy across the UK and international markets
- Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, targets, KPIs, and overall sales performance
- Personally originate, develop, and close strategic and high-value opportunities
- Establish clear sales processes, reporting, and CRM discipline across the team
- Coach and support sales executives throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through to closing and onboarding
- Drive new business across key verticals, including iGaming, CFD/Forex, crypto, remittance, financial institutions, and other international businesses
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure opportunities are commercially attractive and suitable for onboarding
- Represent Peratera at major fintech and industry conferences globally
- Provide regular reporting, market intelligence, and commercial insights to senior management

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
