FMCG - High Growth Sustainable Consumer Brand

📍 London (hybrid)

💸 c.£80,000 + Performance Bonus + Package

The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing purpose-led consumer brands as Head of Sales. This award-winning B Corp business has enjoyed exceptional momentum over the past 18 months, securing listings with leading UK retailers, attracting high-profile investors and significantly increasing brand awareness through national marketing campaigns.

With ambitious growth plans and further major retail expansion, the business is now looking to appoint an outstanding commercial leader to shape the next stage of its journey. If you're passionate about challenger brands, thrive in entrepreneurial environments and enjoy building something special, this represents a genuine opportunity to make a significant impact.

What will my accountabilities be?

  • Lead commercial strategy and customer relationships across grocery and wholesale channels, taking ownership of pricing, promotional investment and profit.
  • Manage and develop a National Account Manager whilst shaping the future sales organisation design as the business scales.

Who will I be working with?

Reporting to Founder, working closely with Marketing, Operations and Product.

A great candidate will have:

  • ⭐️ Proven branded FMCG sales experience in grocery channel, demonstrating revenue and profit growth.
  • ⭐️ Experience of delivering sales growth within challenger, scales-up or purpose led consumer brands.
  • ⭐️ A strategic and data-driven approach to sales planning, activation and performance analysis.
  • ⭐️ Ability to operate at pace within an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing SNAM or current Head of Sales to join a business entering an exciting phase of growth, backed by experienced investors and with significant headroom for expansion. A genuine opportunity to shape commercial strategy and influence company direction, working directly with an ambitious founder and experienced leadership team.
