Lead the sales engine powering Arcade’s next stage of growth.

About The Role

This is an opportunity to shape and lead the sales engine behind one of London’s most exciting hospitality brands.

Combining strategy with hands-on delivery, you’ll lead and develop the Sales team, own revenue and conversion performance, and build lasting relationships across corporate, agency and events markets. Working closely with our venue, Operations and Marketing teams, you’ll turn commercial opportunities into exceptional guest experiences.

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp leader who enjoys winning business, developing people and making things happen. You’ll be comfortable setting the direction while staying close to the detail—and excited by the chance to make a visible impact on Arcade’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales performance across reservations, group dining, private events and corporate bookings.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and covers targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Sales team, creating clear standards for activity, conversion and follow-up.
  • Build a strong proactive-sales pipeline across corporate clients, agencies, partnerships and repeat customers.
  • Monitor booking pace, occupancy and demand patterns, responding quickly to underperforming trading periods.
  • Improve enquiry handling, response times, conversion and average booking value.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with venue and operations teams to ensure every booking is commercially sound and operationally deliverable.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives that generate demand.
  • Help shape Arcade’s Sales function as the business continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
