THE BUSINESS

As they continue to scale, they're looking for someone who wants their work to mean something and is ready to help extend that impact further.

THE ROLE

A brilliant opportunity for someone who combines commercial drive with real purpose. You'll be the engine behind new business development, managing inbound enquiries, running outbound campaigns and building relationships across a diverse mix of sectors. You'll work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to convert opportunities and help shape the pipeline, while being the kind of person who makes every interaction feel warm, clear and genuinely enjoyable.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Responding to inbound enquiries and booking meetings with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities thoroughly before handing to the wider sales team
  • Building and managing outbound sales campaigns tailored to different sectors
  • Keeping HubSpot sharp and up to date so opportunities and customers are tracked effectively
  • Partnering with the sales team to convert as many opportunities into customers as possible
  • Working with marketing to identify where broader campaigns could generate new pipeline
  • Networking at external and industry events to build client relationships
  • Bringing warmth, confidence and clarity to every client and colleague interaction
  • Be ready to travel to meet clients and build relationships in person

ABOUT YOU

  • An excellent communicator, confident and professional on the phone and over email, with strong active listening skills
  • Comfortable with order processing, admin tasks and accurate data entry, with experience in HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Able to thrive in a hybrid setup, managing your own time and priorities independently
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
  • Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals would be a strong advantage: care homes, libraries, schools, universities or hospitals
