Ready to lead something bigger?
Hafren Security Fasteners is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced sales leader to help shape the next stage of our journey.
Our mission is Stamping out the impact of theft globally, and our ambitions are every bit as bold as that mission.
We have strong products, established distributor relationships, a capable team and significant opportunities across the UK, Europe and beyond. We now need someone who can bring together the people, processes and commercial strategy needed to unlock that potential.
You may already be an established Head of Sales looking for greater freedom and influence. Alternatively, you may be a successful Sales Manager who is ready to take wider ownership and step into a senior commercial leadership position.
Either way, you will need to demonstrate that you can lead people, carry a team target and deliver measurable sales growth.
The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Integrator and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of Hafren’s sales performance and help define our future commercial direction.
You will translate our ambitious growth goals into clear sales plans, develop our people and create a culture of accountability, consistency and continuous improvement.
This is a strategic but hands-on position. You must be comfortable setting the direction while remaining close enough to the team and our customers to understand what is really happening.
You will coach, challenge and support the team, strengthen our sales processes and step into important customer conversations when your leadership is required.
What you will be responsible for
- Owning and delivering the sales team’s revenue and gross profit targets.
- Turning company goals into clear sales, account and activity plans.
- Leading, managing and holding the sales team accountable.
- Running effective sales meetings, daily huddles, one-to-ones and call reviews.
- Coaching and developing team members to improve their capability and results.
- Recognising strong performance and addressing performance gaps early.
- Building a reliable pipeline and improving forecast accuracy.
- Creating strong CRM discipline across every customer and opportunity.
- Ensuring active opportunities have a clear owner, action and dated next step.
- Growing existing customer and distributor accounts through increased range, frequency and volume.
- Developing clear growth plans for key and priority accounts.
- Monitoring pricing, margin, gross profit and customer profitability.
- Leading important customer calls, meetings and commercial negotiations.
- Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Product Development.
- Building a structured and scalable sales function capable of supporting continued growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Consistent use of CRM and reliable commercial data.
- Stronger account plans and customer relationships.
- Measurable growth in revenue, gross profit and customer retention.
