About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of New Logo Sales to lead and scale a high-performing business development function within a consultative B2B services environment.

This is a strategic sales leadership role that combines ownership of personal revenue growth with responsibility for building, coaching, and developing a successful new-business sales team. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, leading complex sales opportunities, improving conversion rates, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a proven sales leader who thrives in a target-driven environment, understands complex solution selling, and has a strong track record of winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Own and deliver new logo revenue targets through personal selling activity and team performance.
  • Lead complex, high-value sales opportunities from qualification through to successful close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, referrals, marketing-generated opportunities, and targeted account development.
  • Drive disciplined opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and consistent sales execution.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across multiple service lines and territories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
