Are you an ambitious sales leader ready to make a significant impact within a growing packaging business?
Allpack is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing national sales team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth and play a key part in the continued success of a well-established and respected business.
As Head of Sales, you will lead a team of c18 sales professionals, ensuring strong performance, customer retention and sustainable business growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute sales initiatives, improve capability across the team and create a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a national sales team
- Deliver sales growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned to business objectives
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and market opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for organic growth
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to sales team members
- Collaborate with wider business functions to ensure excellent customer outcomes
- Use data and market insight to inform decision-making and drive results

About You
We are looking for a proven sales leader with the energy, commercial acumen and leadership skills to drive performance and inspire others. You will bring:
- A successful track record of leading and developing sales teams
- Strong experience delivering revenue growth and improving profitability
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and people development skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action
- A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering results
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across the business
