Job Description
We are working with a highly regarded, experience-led travel business to appoint a Head of Sales to lead its UK sales operation through its next phase of growth.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a broad commercial leadership role with responsibility for UK sales performance across profit, margin, conversion, productivity, and customer experience. You’ll lead through an established sales management team, developing a high-performing and accountable culture while using data and insight to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for an experienced senior sales leader who has successfully led multi-layered, consultative sales teams and is comfortable owning targets, forecasts, and performance. You’ll be a strong people leader with a coaching-led approach, commercial judgement, and the confidence to lead change and operate at Board level.
