An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious estate agency leader to take the reins of a flagship West London office.

We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, winning market share, and delivering outstanding results. This is a senior leadership position offering full responsibility for branch performance, profitability, people development, and client experience.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of the office, leading from the front and setting the standard for performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for branch profitability and delivery of business targets
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a successful residential sales team
  • Driving instructions, valuations, negotiations, and sales progression activity
  • Identifying opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Using local market knowledge and performance data to shape strategy
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and client care
  • Ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and best practice throughout the office
  • Supporting recruitment, retention, and ongoing development of team members
  • Working closely with senior leadership to achieve wider business objectives
