Role Description

The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Pudsey, responsible for leading and developing the sales function at TCIC Living. This role oversees the sales team, setting targets, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all product lines. Day-to-day tasks include managing key accounts, tracking performance metrics, forecasting sales, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Head of Sales will collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives. This role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing the sales process, and representing the company in key customer meetings and industry events.

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated Team Management abilities, including mentoring, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Relevant experience in home improvement, construction, or building products is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Pudsey and regularly engaging with customers in their homes or on projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
