As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we're looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our New Business Team and play a pivotal role in delivering our future sales growth strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing winning sales strategies, and creating lasting customer relationships.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will lead and develop our New Business Sales Team, ensuring the successful delivery of ambitious revenue and growth targets. You will work collaboratively across the business to identify new market opportunities, strengthen our sales pipeline, and drive sustainable commercial success.
As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will help shape and execute the company's sales strategy while fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the New Business Sales Team to deliver exceptional results.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to define and execute the sales strategy.
- Deliver agreed sales targets, revenue growth and market share objectives.
- Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors and customer segments.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximise lead generation, campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Drive sales process excellence through effective CRM management, performance metrics and KPI tracking.
- Support the development of compelling customer propositions and tender opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and commercial excellence.
About You
We're looking for a confident and inspirational sales leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to driving results.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- A strong track record of delivering significant revenue and business growth.
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen and strategic planning capability.
- Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Experience within manufacturing, automotive, engineering, fleet, vehicle conversions or related sectors would be advantageous.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious and customer-focused environment.
