The Role
By joining the Cellnex family, you will develop and execute the commercial and sales strategy for the MNO line of business through the leadership of a dedicated team of sales and sales support professionals. Through your entrepreneurship, commercial innovation and excellent track record of sales leadership you will establish and grow Cellnex UK position in the MNO Sales and Revenue sector.
With a natural engagement style working at CxO level you and your team will promote and sell Telecom Infrastructure Services, Points of Presence, Build to Suit and Small Cells. You will have access to leading expertise from both local UK and corporate Product and Marketing teams. You will enjoy leading a team through organisational change through collaboration. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead a high-performing, customer-centric sales function.
We are looking for an extraordinary sales and commercial leader that is accountable for delivering sales targets and shaping long term strategic partnerships, leading a team of 2-3 Sales Managers with an annual TCV target in excess of 100MGBP
This is a hybrid position based at our welcoming offices in Reading or Leamington Spa, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the sales strategy for Cellnex UK MNO customers aligned with Cellnex strategy and with market trends
- Lead the execution of account plans to grow revenue across tower infrastructure services, small cells with the UKs MNO customers
- Lead commercial negotiations on long term agreements, renewals and strategic initiatives.
- Manage executive level relationships with the UK MNO’s and collaborate with Cellnex’s teams to create the offering that matches customers’ requirements
- Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Finance and Legal teams to shape competitive commercial offerings.
- Develop team members and oversee the execution of clearly articulated ‘win plans’ for flagship opportunities within the MNO sector.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in business development or commercial sales positions in Telecommunications, Private Wireless or Technology
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- Very experienced in complex contract negotiation and contract management.
- Experienced in managing senior stakeholder relationships to CxO level
- Deep industry knowledge of Infrastructure and Telecommunications and how this is relevant to the business and operating model of customers
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop Sales teams
