The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for a sales heavyweight — someone with a proven track record of winning instructions and selling homes across Sevenoaks and the wider Kent market. You won't just manage a team; you'll lead from the front, set the pace, and drive market share in one of the region's most competitive patches.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the Team
- Setting clear objectives aligned to business strategy, and holding the team to them
- Running regular 1-2-1s, team meetings, and appraisals that actually move the needle
- Coaching and developing talent — building a bench, not just hitting this month's numbers
- Recruiting strategically, with an eye on future growth and diversity goals

Driving the Business
- Owning new business generation — pitching, winning, and closing
- Personally running deals from pitch through to completion
- Building a best-in-class sales operation through direct marketing, campaigns, and a sharp contact network
- Conducting viewings, valuing property, and negotiating the best possible outcomes for clients
- Overseeing marketing, PR, and brand presence for every listing
- Staying ahead of local market trends and using data to sharpen strategy
- Cross-selling across departments and managing client relationships beyond the sale
