Via is supporting a high-growth AI technology company to recruit a UK Head of Sales to build and scale its enterprise sales function.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales leader to join a fast-growing AI business at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll take ownership of the UK sales strategy, lead a talented team of Account Executives and build the repeatable sales engine that will drive the company's next phase.

The business is already working with major organisations including PwC, the Ministry of Justice and The Crown Estate, with significant growth in ARR and ambitious plans for continued expansion.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you'll own the UK revenue number and be responsible for turning a successful founder-led sales approach into a scalable enterprise sales operation.

You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial involvement, coaching the team, improving sales processes and supporting complex enterprise deals with senior stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who has built enterprise sales motions before, thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape an emerging AI category.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
