Head of Business Development & Sales
HOOKE is a pioneering preventative healthcare and longevity clinic in Mayfair, London, created to help clients live longer, healthier and better lives. As HOOKE enters its next stage of growth, developing a strong and consistent pipeline of new clients and strategic referral relationships is a key business priority.
HOOKE is seeking an exceptional Head of Business Development & Sales to take direct responsibility for generating new business and accelerating the growth of the clinic. This is first and foremost a high-value B2C sales and business development role, requiring someone who can build trust and credibility with UHNW individuals rather than relying on a transactional approach.
Brief Outline
- Role: Head of Business Development & Sales
- Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
- Business: HOOKE London
- Salary: £70,000 + Commission
- Location: London, with significant time spent externally meeting prospective clients and partners
- Start date: ASAP
About HOOKE
Bringing together expertise across medicine, nutrition, fitness, psychology and brain health, HOOKE takes an integrated, proactive and highly personalised approach. Advanced diagnostics, scientific expertise and continuous monitoring enable the team to identify vulnerabilities early and develop strategies designed to optimise healthspan and long-term wellbeing.
At the heart of HOOKE is a long-term relationship with each client. Rather than providing episodic healthcare, HOOKE's multidisciplinary team works collaboratively around the individual, providing continuity of care and evolving recommendations as health, lifestyle and circumstances change.
The HOOKE experience includes comprehensive Health Investigations, the proprietary BioPortrait and BioScore, advanced diagnostics, personalised nutrition and fitness programmes, performance and wellbeing coaching, and ongoing access to an integrated team of medical and healthcare specialists. Membership supports an ongoing relationship with HOOKE through proactive health management, specialist access, dynamic health plans and seven-day concierge support.
The Role
The successful candidate will be highly visible in the market, proactively identifying, cultivating and converting prospective clients rather than relying predominantly on inbound enquiries or traditional marketing activity.
The role requires someone with a track record of developing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business leaders and C-suite executives, as well as the trusted advisers and organisations around them. Alongside direct client acquisition, the postholder will build a powerful network of introducers and strategic partners, including family offices, private banks, wealth managers, luxury businesses, professional advisers and selected corporate organisations.
This person must combine commercial drive with discretion, intelligence and exceptional relationship-building skills. Selling preventative healthcare and longevity requires trust and credibility rather than a transactional approach.
Success will be measured by qualified pipeline, conversion, new clients, new memberships, revenue and the development of sustainable referral channels.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Sales
- Take direct responsibility for generating new client revenue across HOOKE's Investigations, programmes and memberships
- Build and manage a strong, measurable pipeline of prospective clients, with disciplined activity from first approach through qualification and conversion

- Develop new business amongst HNW and UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, founders, senior executives and C-suite leaders
- Create opportunities through personal introductions, networking, events, referrals and targeted prospecting
- Meet prospective clients personally wherever appropriate, representing HOOKE with credibility, discretion and confidence
- Understand each prospect's motivations and priorities and articulate the most appropriate entry point into the HOOKE ecosystem
- Maintain thoughtful, persistent follow-up throughout what may be a longer and highly relationship-driven sales cycle
- Develop strategies to convert clients undertaking standalone Investigations into longer-term HOOKE members
- Take personal ownership of agreed sales targets and revenue objectives

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
