Head of Sales & Marketing
Scarlet, Bedruthan & Create Cornwall
Location: Mawgan Porth, Cornwall (on site only, no remote working).
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours over 5 days. Includes one weekend day.
Salary: Dependant on experience, to be discussed at interview.

About the Role
We're looking for a commercially sharp Head of Sales and Marketing to join the Leadership Team at Red Hotels and drive growth across Scarlet, Bedruthan and Create Cornwall.
This senior, high-impact role is for someone who can grow revenue, spot commercial opportunities and turn insight into action across hospitality, hotels, restaurants, leisure or premium lifestyle businesses.

Reporting directly to our CEO, Emma Stratton, you'll lead commercial planning, drive sales and bring marketing activity together across Scarlet, Bedruthan and Create Cornwall.
With line management responsibility for the Reservations & Sales Manager and marketing delivery team, you'll work alongside the strategic Head of Brand and Systems to shape campaigns, sales activity and on-the-floor opportunities that align with trading conditions and business priorities.
About You
You'll already be operating in a senior commercial role and understand how great hospitality businesses grow: through smart pricing, standout guest experiences, motivated teams and activity that turns demand into revenue.
You'll be visible in the business, confident supporting Duty Management when needed, quick to turn data into recommendations and energised by coaching teams to improve commercial performance.

You'll receive
