The Company
KSEYE Group is an established financial services company specialising in the property lending markets, namely bridging finance, hybrid buy to let and development finance. With the introduction of new products and to adapt to an evolving market, the company is now focusing on developing a critical function within the organisation – Sales. This new position will lead the sales function, implement strategy, and manage the team’s performance using data-driven decisions and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of the sales department; setting targets, coaching the sales team, departmental reporting to leadership, and regularly feeding back to the company directors on performance, the market, pipeline, and team morale.
- Day-to-day management and holistic oversight of the marketing function; from company branding, client engagement, lead generation, and growing the company’s online and physical presence.
- Build long-term sales and marketing strategies; developing the current team, reviewing and managing the sales pipeline, seeking new revenue opportunities, etc.
- Emphasis on increasing and developing relationships to achieve business growth.
- Coach, mentor, and train members of the sales and marketing functions, whether staff are new to the business or longer-standing employees.
- Hold, lead, and encourage participation for regular sales and marketing team meetings and quarterly round tables.
- Work with internal departments (sales, underwriting, and servicing) as well as external brokers and borrowers to ensure the company delivers an efficient and effective sales journey.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 and performance reviews with team members and support underperforming team members; bringing them back up to the company’s expected standard within a timely manner.
- Feedback market intelligence and current trends to Marketing, Operations, and company leaders, making recommendations where necessary.
- Ensure the company’s CRM, LMS, and other key systems are being used by the sales team, and that the information within the various systems is compliant, reliable, and informative.
- Take ownership and drive delivery of performance across the department.
- Manage several broker/client relationships who have/frequently use the business.
- The successful candidate must be able to influence new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

Education & Experience
- Essential: Must have extensive sales, business development, and management experience within property lending markets; namely Bridging Finance, BTL Mortgages, Commercial Real Estate, and similar.
- Essential: At least 5 years’ previous sales management experience.
- Essential: Previous experience of managing sales teams with more than 6 persons.
- Essential: Able to monitor/track productivity and performance and provide suitable action plans for underperforming staff.
- Demonstrable awareness of the specialist finance industry.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
