About Pique
Pique is an independent, female-founded catering company creating exceptional food and memorable experiences across London and beyond.
What began as a luxury picnic delivery service has grown into a multifaceted catering business spanning corporate catering, events, location catering, hampers and hospitality. We work with some of the world’s most exciting brands, delivering everything from beautifully presented office breakfasts and lunches to large-scale events and bespoke brand experiences.
Since launching in 2017, Pique has grown rapidly while retaining the creativity, quality and personal service that set us apart. We are now entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for an ambitious Head of Sales and Marketing to help shape our commercial strategy, strengthen our brand and introduce Pique to the next generation of clients.
The Role
We're hiring a Head of Sales and Marketing to own commercial growth across Pique's catering, events, and coffee cart offerings. You'll set the sales and marketing strategy, manage and develop our Sales Manager, and be hands-on in driving new business, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
