Head of Corporate Sales and Marketing Herefordshire (with 50% UK travel)
£70,000 to £75,000 plus comprehensive benefits, with flexibility on the package for outstanding candidates
I am retained by a client that has spent fifty years changing how leaders lead.
Their immersive, residential programmes have shaped the behaviour of tens of thousands of leaders, and they are independently rated 4.7 out of 5 across more than two hundred reviews. They are now looking for a commercial leader to own sales and marketing and grow their corporate client base.
The role
- Set and deliver the strategy to grow corporate revenue
- Generate, convert and forecast new business against clear targets
- Lead marketing across digital, content, events and LinkedIn
- Build lasting relationships with chief executives and directors of people and learning
- Own the brand, messaging and collateral
- Work closely with the faculty and delivery team

What you bring
- A proven record in business to business sales and marketing at management level
- Success winning and growing corporate accounts
- Strong commercial judgement and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Marketing capability across digital, content, brand and campaigns
- Drive, autonomy and a full driving licence (around 50 per cent UK travel)
- Experience in leadership development, training or professional services is an advantage.

The package
£70,000 to £75,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
For an outstanding candidate, the client is prepared to be flexible on the package.
