THE ROLE
As the Head of Sales at Analogue Insight you will spearhead our sales initiatives, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This pivotal role involves not just managing sales operations but also strategically aligning them with our broader goals to support the startup ecosystem. The Head of Sales must be a dynamic leader, adept at navigating the unique challenges of the startup market and passionate about propelling Analogue Insight into a thriving future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Semiconductor Sales and Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that integrates with Analogue Insight’s mission and expansion goals. This includes identifying new market opportunities, defining sales targets, and aligning the sales objectives with our strategic goals.
- Business Development: Lead business development efforts to secure new clients and projects, enhancing Analogue Insight’s market position and visibility. Cultivate key relationships with industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners.
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee the sales team’s operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets. Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Market and Customer Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs to adapt strategies promptly and keep Analogue Insight’s offerings relevant and competitive.
- Community Engagement and Brand Representation: Actively engage in the startup community by participating in events and conferences, enhancing Analogue Insight’s brand visibility and fostering relationships that lead to business opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Culture Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team aligned with Analogue Insight’s culture and objectives. Foster an environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
- Proven track record in semiconductor sales leadership within the tech, startup, or product development company.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with robust experience in dealing with startup environments.
- Proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and executing them successfully.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to forge significant partnerships and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft & Professional Skills:
- Clear, structured communication in professional English—able to explain complex results concisely
- Customer oriented communication
- Collaborative and feedback-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers
- Strong ownership, reliability, and follow-through
- Curious, self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and explore new tools or methods
- High level of integrity and professionalism in representing the company and handling sensitive information.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Founder Call (30 min) – mutual introduction and interest alignment
- Technical Interview (90 min) – fundamentals, reasoning, and problem-solving
- Optional: Second Technical Interview (60 min) – another deep-dive into specific topics, which might include a presentation that we'll let you know about in advance
- HR & Culture Call (45 min) – values, collaboration style, and ways of working
- Offer & Next Steps – we send the offer and kick off the onboarding process.
