Head of Sales & Partnerships
eVTOL Insights
Location: Hybrid (UK) with international travel
Reporting to: Founder, Industry Insights Group
Salary: £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £85,000 in Year One)

eVTOL Insights is one of the world's leading media and events platforms dedicated to the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) industry.
Through our news platform, digital magazine, newsletters, podcasts, conferences, awards and executive networking events, we connect manufacturers, operators, investors, suppliers, regulators and governments shaping the future of sustainable aviation.
As the industry enters a period of rapid commercialisation, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional to lead sponsorship, advertising and partnership revenue across our growing international media and events portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder and help shape the commercial future of one of the world's leading Advanced Air Mobility brands.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the commercial growth of eVTOL Insights.
You will be responsible for securing sponsorships, developing strategic partnerships, growing advertising revenues and creating new commercial opportunities across our expanding global portfolio.
Working closely with the Founder, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy as we continue to grow across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales
- Secure headline and premium sponsors for conferences, awards and networking events.
- Sell exhibition space and bespoke sponsorship packages.
- Develop and manage multi-event sponsorship agreements.
- Deliver high-value partnership solutions tailored to client objectives.

- Grow advertising revenue across our website, newsletters, digital magazine and podcasts.
- Create integrated commercial packages combining media, events and thought leadership opportunities.
- Develop sponsored content and brand partnership opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
- eVTOL manufacturers
- Aerospace suppliers
- Battery and propulsion companies
- Vertiport developers
- Investors and venture capital firms
- Airlines and operators
- Regulators and government agencies
- Universities and research organisations
- Industry associations
New Commercial Opportunities
Identify, launch and grow revenue streams including:
- Executive roundtables
- Webinars
- Research reports
- Market intelligence products
- Sponsored content
- Recruitment partnerships
- Membership programmes
- Awards sponsorship
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors.
- Maximise renewals and long-term account growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and partnership value.
Commercial Strategy
- Build and manage a strong international sales pipeline.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Identify new markets, sectors and partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of commercial strategy and revenue growth.
About You
You are a confident relationship builder who enjoys winning new business and developing long-term partnerships.
You are commercially minded, entrepreneurial and comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers across global markets.
Essential Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- Experience selling sponsorship, advertising or partnership solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to build, manage and convert a healthy sales pipeline.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

What Success Looks Like
During your first 12 months, you will:
- Grow sponsorship and partnership revenues significantly.
- Secure long-term commercial agreements with leading organisations.
- Increase repeat sponsorship and advertising revenue.
- Expand our commercial footprint across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
- Launch and develop new revenue-generating commercial opportunities.
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 basic salary.
- Uncapped commission.
- On-target earnings of £85,000 in Year One
- International travel to major aviation industry events.
