Ready to shape the future of one of the most exciting parts of our business?

We’re looking for an exceptional commercial leader to join us as Head of Sales for our Away From Home channel. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive growth across our Pizza and Cake categories, shape channel strategy, build powerful customer partnerships and unlock new opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.

Leading a talented team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing winning customer and channel strategies that deliver sustainable growth in volume, sales, profit and market share. Working cross-functionally with employees across the business, you’ll combine commercial ambition with collaborative leadership to inspire teams, influence key stakeholders and deliver outstanding results.

Away From Home represents a significant growth opportunity for our business. As consumers increasingly engage with our brands beyond traditional retail settings, this role will be instrumental in driving our vision, increasing brand relevance and accelerating our next phase of growth.

This is more than a sales leadership role. It’s an opportunity to shape strategy, develop high performing teams, influence business direction and make a lasting impact on a channel with huge untapped potential.

A proven track record of delivering profitable growth within the Away From Home channel through strong customer relationships, strategic thinking and exceptional commercial execution.

Growth mindset:

The ability to spot opportunities, challenge the status quo and turn insight into action. You’ll be equally comfortable developing long-term strategy and delivering short-term results.

Influential leadership:

A collaborative leadership style with experience of leading high-performing teams and successfully engaging stakeholders across customers, distributors and internal functions.

Analytical & results driven:

Strong commercial instincts combined with data-led decision making, enabling you to manage complexity, prioritise opportunities and consistently deliver against ambitious growth targets.

The role is home based and you must be able to visit our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements. Occasional international travel may be required.
