Head of Sales

UK field-based, primarily covering the Midlands and North

Finclusion is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and well-connected Head of Sales to help us build our dealer network and funded business.

This is not a traditional desk-based Head of Sales role, and it is not about managing a large sales team. It is a senior, hands-on commercial position for someone who enjoys being out with dealers, building trusted relationships and turning those relationships into sustainable funded business.

The role

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and developing high-quality motor dealers across the UK, with a particular focus on the Midlands and North.

You will manage those relationships from the first conversation through to activation, helping dealers understand our proposition, submit the right opportunities and grow their funded volume with Finclusion.

You will also work closely with our executive and wider commercial teams to shape how we approach dealer acquisition and account management as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
