About Kleos
We are a fast-growing fintech company helping 600+ teams pay contractors and remote employees across 200+ countries, with over $80M in global payouts processed to date. Our mission is to make payroll disappear for businesses hiring international talent — easy, compliant, instant, and cost-effective.
As our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Head of Sales & BD to grow and develop our existing Sales team, strengthen the processes already in place, and build a scalable, predictable sales engine.
What you’d own
- Lead, develop, and scale our existing Sales team: hire as we grow, set ambitious goals, and raise performance standards
- Evolve and strengthen our sales processes across lead management, qualification, pipeline, forecasting, and Customer Success handover
- Identify and acquire new clients in target markets (IT/Gamedev companies, agencies, remote-first startups)
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (HR, CFOs, Heads of Operations, founders)
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and demos of our global payout solution
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound and inbound lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term retention
- Set up and manage sales analytics and reporting (conversion rates, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, CAC, LTV)
- Stay up to date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and the competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
