Head of Sales – B2C Home Improvements

TCIC Living & My Eco Garden Room

Location: Pudsey, Leeds – Office and field-based
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Basic salary: £45,000–£50,000, depending on experience
On-target earnings: £70,000–£75,000, including performance bonus

About us

TCIC Living is an established and growing home-improvement company based in Leeds. Alongside My Eco Garden Room, we specialise in conservatory transformations, replacement roofs, internal insulation, windows, doors, home extensions and bespoke garden rooms.

With an established sales team, four dedicated installation teams and ambitious plans for continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales department.

About the role

We’re looking for a proven sales leader with extensive experience in the B2C home-improvement industry.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of our existing sales team, focusing on improving conversion rates, developing our salespeople and delivering consistent, profitable growth.

This is a hands-on management role combining office-based leadership with regular time in the field. You’ll accompany sales consultants on customer appointments to provide coaching and training, support important sales opportunities and occasionally cover appointments when required.

You’ll work closely with the Company Director and have the opportunity to shape the department, improve existing processes and play an important role in the continued development of the business.

Key responsibilities

Sales leadership and team development

  • Lead, manage and develop our existing team of four field sales specialists.
  • Set clear individual and departmental sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, individual reviews and practical sales coaching.
  • Accompany consultants on customer appointments to identify development opportunities and improve sales techniques.
  • Support the team with objection handling, negotiations and closing important sales opportunities.
  • Manage performance and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
