Head of Sales (Hybrid working)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing B2B SAAS business at an exciting stage of its transformation journey. As they have undergone a significant transformation in terms of business offering and are now a dynamic SAAS based organisation.
With ambitious plans to achieve sustained year-on-year growth, they are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to join the business in a new role to build a scalable sales engine and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.
Role Overview
Reporting into the CCO, you'll own the new business strategy, driving outbound lead generation, developing a high-performing sales function and converting opportunities through a consultative enterprise sales approach. You'll be responsible for creating the processes, structure and disciplines that deliver a predictable pipeline and sustainable revenue growth, while remaining hands-on with larger, strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the new business strategy

Requirements
- Experience in scaling an SME or as the number two commercial leader within a high-growth business
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions into enterprise customers
- Experience in building outbound sales capability
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies
- Experience in leading teams to consistently exceed targets

Ideal Candidate
You'll be a commercially astute leader who enjoys coaching others, using data to improve performance and working closely with Marketing and the wider leadership team to drive business growth.
