Company Description
Eventwise Limited is a UK-based AI-powered SaaS platform revolutionizing financial management for the festival and conference industries. Currently generating £700k ARR with a £1.3m pipeline, the company is transitioning from accounting-led services to a scalable software-first model, replacing archaic spreadsheet processes with real-time reporting and commercial visibility for enterprise clients.
Job Description
You will own revenue generation end-to-end, transitioning Eventwise Limited from founder-led momentum to a repeatable commercial engine. Initially leading sales personally, you will design scalable CRM processes, audit the current pipeline, and recruit a high-performing team of seven. This builder’s role is pivotal in scaling the business from £1m toward £10m ARR.
Location
Cheltenham, UK
Why this role is remarkable
- You have the rare opportunity to build a high-performing revenue organisation from scratch rather than inheriting a legacy structure.
- The company sits at a pivotal growth phase, transitioning to an ARR-first platform with a robust £1.3m pipeline already in place.
- The role offers flexible seniority, allowing you to enter as Head of Sales or CRO based on your track record of scaling B2B SaaS.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
