Head of Fleet Sales Solutions (UK & Ireland)

£85,000 - £95,000
20% annual Bonus
Company car / allowance, private healthcare and an excellent contributory pension.

UK & Ireland based with the opportunity to influence a business that sits at the sharp end of fleet mobility.
This is a chance to take full ownership of a sizeable commercial operation, shaping strategy as well as delivering results. You'll have the freedom to steer growth, negotiate high-value agreements and work closely with international stakeholders on major fleet opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the profitability, growth and strategic direction of the fleet solutions business across the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead major fleet contracts, renewals and commercial negotiations across multiple channels and customer groups.
  • Drive sales growth across truck tyres, fleet services and wider mobility solutions while improving market share.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating accountability and consistent commercial performance.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • Proven success in a senior fleet sales, commercial vehicle, automotive or tyre industry leadership role.
  • Strong P&L ownership alongside solid budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capability.
  • A track record of delivering profitable growth and negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements.
  • The credibility to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams through growth and change.
