Head of Sales / Sales Director
£60,000-£200,000 package, depending on experience
RoboShadow is NCSC-backed Cyber Security start-up that is already cash flow positive is seeking a Sales Director / Head of Sales to lead our global sales effort and growth.
We have built a strong business, developed a significant pipeline, and filled our CRM with opportunities. We have historically grown through a Customer Success-led approach, but we have now reached the point where we need a dedicated sales leader to help take the business to the next level.
We are currently scaling from $5M to $50M in revenue, and we are looking for someone who has the ambition, capability, and work ethic to help make that happen.
This is not a role for somebody who wants to manage from a distance. We already have a salesperson in the team, and while this role will involve building and leading a larger sales organisation over time, you must be willing to lead from the front, close deals personally, and set the standard for the team around you.
For the right person, this role has the potential to evolve into a Global VP of Sales position as the company continues to grow internationally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
