360 Law Group, in partnership with Robert Half

Location: Central London, hybrid (occasional travel to Surrey)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Equity
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Robert Half is partnering with 360 Law Group to appoint a Head of Sales to lead the next stage of its growth.

360 Law Group is a technology-led legal services business operating across the UK and internationally, serving corporate clients in over 90 countries through a network of more than 700 consultant lawyers. Its portfolio combines an international law firm, an SRA-regulated England and Wales practice and a proprietary AI-powered contract lifecycle management product. Reporting directly to the CEO and founder, this person will own revenue growth across the group and build a commercially focused sales function.

This is a hands-on build role, where you'll be selling personally as well as building the team, for someone who can operate credibly at board level while staying close to delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role

  • Set and deliver the sales strategy across the group's three propositions: legal services, the SRA-regulated practice, and the AI contract lifecycle management product
  • Own the group revenue target and build a forecasting discipline the board can rely on
  • Sell personally at senior level to general counsel, finance directors, founders, and boards
  • Lead major pursuits and negotiations, holding a personal number alongside the team's
  • Run the sales conversation for the AI product credibly, including discovery, demo narrative, and commercial case
  • Develop cross-sell between legal services and the platform, and build referral routes across the group
  • Bring rigour to CRM, pipeline hygiene, and qualification discipline
  • Build and lead the internal sales team as the business grows
  • Partner closely with the CEO, board, marketing, and delivery leadership

About you

You will ideally bring:

  • A track record of leading sales in professional services, legal services, or an adjacent B2B environment, with evidence of the numbers delivered
  • Genuine comfort selling to general counsel and C-suite buyers
  • Experience building a sales function rather than only managing an inherited one
  • Commercial fluency with non-hourly pricing models: fixed fees, subscriptions, and consumption-based pricing
  • Enough technical confidence to sell an AI product properly, without overselling it
  • International commercial experience across multiple jurisdictions
  • Forecasting and CRM discipline
  • A collaborative, low-ego leadership style

Legal-sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates from legal technology, professional services, consultancy, accountancy, insurance, or another regulated B2B sector.
