Head of Defence Sales
Exciting Opportunity in the Defence & Aerospace Sector.
Our client, a respected consulting firm, with a strong presence across Defence and Aerospace, is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to drive growth in across this sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organisation. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, our client has established itself as a trusted partner to defence and aerospace clients in the UK, and across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the organisation’s vision and targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and potential future partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior leadership.

What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the defence or aerospace sector.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Ability to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Relevant qualifications in technology, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
