The Impact You'll Make

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of DEVI Electric Heating across the United Kingdom and Ireland. With a strong heritage, trusted products, and significant market potential, your leadership will help strengthen our position, win new opportunities, and deliver long-term value for customers and partners.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you will combine commercial strategy with hands-on market engagement. By leading a team of Key Account Managers and technical specialists, you will drive growth in the specification market while expanding our presence across the wider electrical value chain.

Your work will directly influence how customers adopt reliable, energy-efficient heating solutions that enhance comfort, safety, and sustainability in residential and commercial buildings.

We are looking for someone located in Greater London area.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the UK and Ireland, driving sustainable growth, market share gains, and profitable business performance.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Key Account Managers and a Technical Service Coordinator, creating an environment where people can perform, develop, and succeed.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, developers, electrical wholesalers, and channel partners to increase specification and sales opportunities.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable business plans, helping shape commercial priorities, portfolio focus, and customer value creation.
  • Represent DEVI in the market through regular customer engagement, industry networking, and business development activities that expand our reach and influence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
