As the Head of Sales for EMEA, you will own the commercial engine for a platform revolutionizing cross-border payments. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the institutional book, lead a growing sales team, and scale partnerships with financial institutions and remittance operators. This is a high-impact, hands-on role defining the future of global money movement.

- Originate and close high-value institutional partnerships with banks, remittance platforms, and financial service providers across European and African corridors.
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales team, providing hands-on coaching on live deals while continuing to personally lead complex, high-stakes commercial conversations.
- Develop the commercial playbook including pricing structures, qualification frameworks, and activation strategies to maximize account expansion and revenue retention.
The ideal candidate
- Has 6+ years of experience in B2B fintech or payments sales with a proven track record of commercial leadership and team management.
- Possesses deep knowledge of cross-border FX mechanics and settlement infrastructure, with experience navigating complex compliance, procurement, and technical requirements.
- Is a hands-on player-coach who thrives on closing major deals while simultaneously building the systems and teams needed for institutional scale.
