About America & Beyond

America & Beyond is a U.S.-based fashion and lifestyle brand known for distinctive resortwear, apparel, handbags, jewelry, and accessories featuring statement prints, embroidery, beadwork, and artisanal detailing. As part of our international growth strategy, we are seeking a senior commercial leader to establish and scale our wholesale presence across Europe and the United Kingdom.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 10–15+ years of B2B wholesale sales and commercial leadership experience, ideally within fashion, womenswear, resortwear, apparel, handbags, accessories, or premium lifestyle.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience building or materially expanding a brand across Europe and/or the United Kingdom.
  • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the differences among major European retail markets and how route-to-market strategies vary by territory.
  • Relationships: Established relationships with relevant buyers, retailers, department stores, boutiques, distributors, agents, showrooms, and industry partners.
  • Sales and Revenue: Track record of opening meaningful new wholesale accounts and building repeat, profitable revenue.
  • Sales Team Management: Experience building and leading sales teams and managing agents, distributors, or representatives.
  • Commercial Knowledge: Strong command of wholesale pricing, margins, forecasting, commercial negotiations, payment terms, and account profitability.
  • Logistics and Compliance: Working knowledge of European/UK cross-border logistics, duties, VAT, and product/compliance considerations, with the judgment to coordinate specialist support where required.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe and the UK.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Sales – Europe & UK to build America & Beyond’s European business from the ground up. This is not a traditional territory-management role. The successful candidate will operate with the ownership and commercial judgment of a regional business head: defining market-entry strategy, opening key wholesale accounts, selecting the right distribution model by market, building a sales organization, and creating a scalable, profitable regional business.

The ideal candidate will bring deep fashion/lifestyle B2B wholesale experience, strong relationships across European and UK retail, and the ability to translate market knowledge into revenue, repeat business, and long-term brand growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
