About Siemens Smart Infrastructure
At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, we are shaping the future of buildings through digitalisation, sustainability and innovation. As we continue to transform the built environment, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Sales Execution for our Smart Buildings division to lead our sales delivery organisation and drive consistent, profitable growth across our products, software, digital solutions and services portfolio.
This is a key leadership position within the Buildings business, responsible for ensuring sales excellence, bid performance, forecasting accuracy and the successful conversion of opportunities into orders across all sales channels.
Your Opportunity
As Head of Sales Execution, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering sales performance across the Buildings business. You will oversee our territorial sales teams, indirect sales, digital sales and bid management functions, ensuring a consistent focus on customer engagement, pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy and operational excellence.
Working closely with the Buildings leadership team, you will translate strategic priorities into execution plans, enabling sustainable growth while driving a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, collaboration and customer outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Siemens captures market opportunities, delivers against growth targets and continually improves sales effectiveness across the organisation.
You'll Make an Impact By
- Leading the execution of the Buildings sales plan and ensuring delivery of order intake, revenue and profitability targets.
- Driving sales performance across Territory North, Territory South, Indirect Sales, Digital Sales and Bid Management.
- Building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer engagement and consistent execution.
- Ensuring strong pipeline health, opportunity progression and conversion through effective sales management disciplines.
- Driving forecasting excellence and providing accurate, timely business performance insights.
- Leading bid and pursuit management activities to maximise win rates and improve commercial outcomes.
- Establishing and embedding sales operating rhythms, governance processes and performance reviews.
- Working closely with Verticals, Enterprise, Marketing and Business Development teams to translate market opportunities into winning sales outcomes.
- Driving adoption of sales standards, tools, methodologies and best practices across the organisation.
- Identifying and removing barriers to growth while improving sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Developing sales capability through coaching, talent development and succession planning.
- Championing continuous improvement, digitalisation and data-driven decision making across the sales organisation.

We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven experience leading large sales teams within a solutions, services, technology or infrastructure business.
- Strong track record of delivering sales targets through disciplined execution and performance management.
- Experience managing multi-channel sales organisations including direct, indirect and digital sales models.
- Demonstrated success in sales forecasting, funnel management and opportunity conversion.
- Experience leading bid management, pursuit management or commercial excellence functions.
- Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience driving sales transformation, process improvement or organisational change initiatives.
- Experience working effectively with senior stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
- Building technologies, smart infrastructure or related industry experience is highly desirable.
