Head of Sales – Cyber Security & Digital Forensics
Home Based / UK Travel
We are working with an established Cyber Security Consultancy looking to appoint a Head of Sales to lead and develop its sales function while driving continued growth across the UK and international markets.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role suited to someone who can combine team management with their own ability to identify, develop and close new business. You will take ownership of sales performance, develop existing client relationships and build new opportunities across a specialist portfolio of cyber security, digital forensics and investigative technology services.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing the sales team
- Driving new business and expanding existing client accounts
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close
- Developing relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Taking a consultative approach to understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Managing key accounts and personally contributing towards sales targets
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and producing reliable revenue forecasts
- Working closely with technical and operational teams throughout the sales process
- Representing the business at relevant industry and networking events
- Supporting the wider leadership team with the continued growth of the business

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong track record of managing teams while continuing to deliver commercially themselves. You should have:
- Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams
- A strong new-business/hunter mentality
- Demonstrable experience carrying, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior/C-level stakeholders
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM experience
- A consultative and commercially focused approach

Previous experience within Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Investigative Technology or a related technology/services environment would be highly advantageous.
An existing network across corporate, legal, law enforcement or investigative markets would also be beneficial.
Due to the nature of the organisation's work, candidates must have a minimum of five years' UK residency, hold a full driving licence and be able to successfully complete the required security vetting process.
