Head of Sales - FMCG
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and accelerate growth across key FMCG channels. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for delivering revenue targets through the UK and Irish Retail Market and leading a team of National Account Managers.

Description
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy in line with overall business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and routes to market.
- Manage national account negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to maximise commercial performance.
- Drive forecasting accuracy and effective sales planning processes.
- Deliver profitable revenue growth while maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels.
