Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales you'll oversee the sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure the company meets its commercial goals.

Description
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
- Analyse market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Work closely with other departments to align sales with company goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile
A successful Head of Sales should have:
- Experience managing national accounts across grocery and or discounters.
- Strong experience in sales leadership.
- A background in FMCG.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on business growth.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales trends.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to work under pressure.

This role is 3 days a week in London (Tues-Thurs). Stop-overs and commute not expensed.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £95,000-£110,000 dependent on the level of experience.
