Head of Sales (UK & EU) – Exciting High Growth Food Business – Hybrid - £120K + Benefits

My client is an exciting high growth healthy food challenger brand who are revolutionising the industry and how we think about food.

They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will have full commercial responsibility for developing the UK market and shaping their wider European expansion strategy, whilst establishing and developing key partnerships and creating the foundations for long term growth.

This is a build-and-scale leadership role and the perfect opportunity for a high performing commercial lead who has scaled a challenger brand before and wants to do it again, but this time with real ownership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the UK go-to-market strategy, with a clear roadmap for European growth.
  • Building the commercial infrastructure required to establish the brand as a recognised player within the healthy food sector.
  • Identifying and developing new channels, customers and strategic partnerships across retail, foodservice, hospitality, e-commerce and other relevant channels.
  • Owning the P&L, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance of the territory.
  • Developing relationships with key retailers, distributors, foodservice operators and strategic partners.
  • Building a high-performing local team as the business scales.
  • Working closely with the founders and international leadership team to shape the brand's growth strategy.
  • Identifying market opportunities, consumer trends and emerging channels to accelerate growth.
  • Developing pricing, distribution and commercial strategies that balance brand positioning with profitable growth.
  • Representing the brand externally and becoming a key ambassador within the UK and European food industry.
  • Establishing the processes, partnerships and infrastructure required to support rapid international expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
