About the Role

Our client is a market leader in data science, using a mix of AI and machine learning to deliver a range of actionable intelligence solutions to the iGaming industry. This helps operators around the world grow responsibly while enhancing the player experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue and new business: Personally lead and close high-value opportunities with global gaming and lottery operators, platforms and partners across the gambling industry.
  • Lead and grow the commercial team: Manage, coach and develop the Sales, Account and Partnership specialists, creating a high-performing team with clear objectives, accountability and a strong customer focus.
  • Own the Sales Pipeline: Establish and maintain a robust, predictable sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and contract signature.
  • Grow existing customers: Develop strong senior relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for expansion and whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction with timely renewals and strong account plans.
  • Lead the commercial strategy: Work with the leadership team to continually refine, share and execute the commercial strategy across new business, existing accounts and partnerships, aligned to our client's wider growth objectives.

About You

  • You have a strong track record across the end-to-end sales function, including sales, account management and partnerships, with a clear understanding of the metrics and practices that drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • You are an experienced leader who can set direction, create focus and develop a high-performing team, while remaining comfortable being hands-on and personally leading important opportunities.
  • You have a strong track record of winning and growing B2B technology, SaaS or data customers, ideally within the gambling, gaming or sports betting industry.
  • You have a player-coach mindset. You enjoy winning business yourself, but are equally motivated by coaching others, developing capability and creating a team that consistently delivers against its objectives.
  • You are experienced in managing complex, consultative sales cycles and building relationships with senior stakeholders across customers, partners and internal teams.
